The color shocked me! Apparently most if not all 2002-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks with two wheel ABS have a speed sensor on the driver's side front wheel hub. This sensor is used either for cruise control or as an additional input for the REAR ABS. I know my 2004 Ram 1500 ST only has 2 wheel REAR ABS and I needed to replace the driver side front hub so I ordered this hub assembly. After the assembly arrived, I removed the driver's side wheel in preparation for replacing the old hub assembly and noticed that a sensor wire ran into the center of the driver's side hub. Confused, I checked the hub on the PASSENGER side and saw that there was no sensor wire on that hub. So I confirm that I have 2 ABS wheels. Contrary to the description of this item, you CANNOT use it on the front left (driver's side). I didn't spend the money to buy this hub assembly as it fits PASSENGER side but I had to order another hub assembly with DRIVER side sensor. Just a word to the wise. It's easy to check if you have sensors on one or both front hubs by looking under the wheel and finding the sensor wire in addition to the brake line (see attached photos).
