This is my favorite protein bar, although it doesn't have a lot of fiber, only 1 gram. Taste, texture, whey protein blend, sweetness, everything has been improved. No artificial coloring that I know of, we get plenty of those elsewhere. You are a legal waffle bar. Not your typical chewy fiber bars. I love all of the flavors in this bar, their sweet taste is not artificial and they are quick and easy to eat. However, they do NOT fill you up so you might be tempted to have another one, but in this case just mix in some protein powder and you're done. They are best used for a late night snack or dessert. And the quality of the whey protein is excellent. It's the same as a smoothie, except an additional 9g of fat, 4 sugars, and 7 carbs are added. I'm 10% fat and they're great for my diet, 2 meals a day or so keeps me energized between meals and after. The best flavor is probably peanut, but it's good to mix different varieties so you don't get bored. None of the ones I've tried taste gross or weird. They all taste real. Buy them for less than $20 and they're a good deal. hunt around
