I can confirm this works with the Autopage RF350 and replaces the Autopage XT-33 Remote. The signal seems good and works the same as the old remote control. There are no instructions, here they are: 1) Insert the key and turn the car on/off 3 times and leave the key in the 'on' position the third time. (only for assist mode, not for full launch) 2) Locate the valet button associated with your alarm system. I had a small red button hidden in my internal fuse box. This is the black wire that connects to your RF350. Press the button twice and hold the button down on the second press until you hear an alarm tone. Now it's ready for programming. 3) Press the lock button on the new remote control. It should beep and lock. Now it's programmed. That's all!
