Quality Scooter Y-100 vs Y-200

Got these for Easter for my daughters (4 years old and 1.5 years old). Really nice, solid, quality build. Got the Pink Y-200 (on the right) for my 4 yo and the red Y-100 (on the left) for my 1.5 yo. Here are the differences I noticed. See pics too.1. The Y-200 required assembly. Only two steps. Insert the handlebar/steering rod and assemble the collar clamp. Thus, the Y-200 does require disassembly to fold up for travel vs the Y-100 will just fold down to travel. But the disassembly of the Y-200 is super easy. Both end up compact and easy to transport.2. The Y-200 adjustable t-bar is 0.5 in taller than the Y-100 when fully extended (see pics)3. The Y-200 has a wider seat. I did not adjust the seat height yet but the Y-200 goes highest (13.5 in)according to manual. vs Y-100 which only goes 12.8 in (I believe might have to double check the exact height differences)4. The Y-200 I think has a slightly wider foot deck. Not sure if an optical illusion. See for yourself in pics.5. The Y-200 has two back wheels vs one back wheel on Y-1006. The Y-200 seat only flips up but the Y-100 seat flips up and twisted into the front.7. The Y-200 has no music or front disco light. The Y-100 does have music and front disco light.8. Both have flashing light wheels when spinning.9. Both have tilt to turn navigation.Have not given these yet to my girls. Will have to write a follow-up. But very pleased with what we got. If I missed any differences between the two, then I hope the pictures will tell the rest.

Pros
  • Adjustable Height Design
Cons
  • The scooterโ€™s wheels can wear out quickly under heavy use
