The customer support team at UpBookings are amazing! They always respond within minutes of our emails, even if its in their late night hours (sometimes) which I really appreciate as we book many hotels worldwide from Australia-NZ - US timezones so it helps us keep track with what's happening when compared against other competitors who do not have such an advantage like them!! We also love how easy they make things for you by allowing all payment options via direct bank transfer or credit card payments directly online without any hassle unlike some others where there can be complications using those methods due to certain countries restrictions etc. Also loved their room rate comparison tool too since it allows me compare rates across multiple providers/competitors to ensure best deal possible before finalizing my hotel reservation request.
