So I don't wear masks unless I choose to travel by air. Someone in one of my groups recommended these to me - I bought 2. There is a seam at the chin so you can cut off part of the veil there and wa la you have the mask. I would not recommend any color other than black. I tried beige, it turned out to be too transparent and would probably stand out because it's so transparent. Black works very well. There were no problems, although my flight attendants weren't crazy about masks. I'm pretty severely claustrophobic so anything around my face causes serious panic. I can't even wear a turtleneck. So if, like me, you have trouble breathing with a mask and you need to wear one, this is for you!
