Very powerful visual collaboration platform

The ability to create user friendly boards that are easy for our users to understand, using all three major platforms (iOS/Android native apps & Chrome Web app). If you don't have an established culture around your team's practices - it will take some time before people get used to these tools and start producing more efficient workflows or processes. We've been able implement simple board setups quickly within our teams as they were familiar with other PM tool implementations we had implemented previously.

Easy customisation options available via UI design studio in cloud platform.
Good documentation provided by developer support staff at Lattice Engines Inc., who assisted me during implementation process; very responsive technical advice when issues arose while implementing this solution locally from my own server environment.
