The functionality of this software is very well designed with some excellent features like event management toolkit which allows me to organize my events in an organized manner without any hassle at all! I haven't faced any issue so far but it's only because i have been using for such less time that there hasn’t come across anything yet! Definitely would recommend anyone who wants user friendly interface & needs good customer support service as we provide 24/7 assistance via email or call-in center from Monday - Friday between 9am – 5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). We are able solve our ticketing problems by making use of Event Management Tool kit feature provided here. I love how easy it is to use! It's so simple for event organisers to keep track of their events, as well as keeping guests informed with reminders etc. I would love to have more options to add images or information to the ticketing pages like photos from the venue/event itself. If you're looking for something easy to set up, look no further - it's great! We've been able to keep track of all our events and guests in one place, which has created less work for us.
