UPDATE: The company has contacted me to apologize for the defective product and have offered me a full refund if I update my review. I value excellent customer service and appreciate that they get it right! I received this package and waited a few days before opening it to replace my existing cartridges. The first cartridge I opened was the black XL. As instructed, I carefully removed the orange cap and the ink flowed out like a shaken soda can! Holy black ink everywhere! It stained my favorite jeans, my favorite rug, and my hands were stained for days! DO NOT skimp on this product! (Three other colors leaked horribly after opening the lid too!) UPDATE: The company has contacted me to apologize for the defective product and have offered me a full refund if I update my review. I value excellent customer service and appreciate that they will get it right!
