Reading was far away.
Replaced by OEM after 200,000 uses. I also did the thermostat and pipes. I haven't had any problems with overheating. Replaced the temp sensor with this part and my fans continued to work. I looked at my OBD2 log and my temp showed 240 degrees with the fan on. Before the machine 212 ran. I replaced the sensor with my original 200k and the readings again matched what they used to run before the job was done.
