Doesn't work, fake is best in EMF measuring devices

Annoys me because it doesn't work at all. The lights stay on as soon as I turn it on, go outside and everything is still on, also tried taking the battery out and putting it back in to see if that was the reason it still did the same thing. Waste of money and time it took to get to me.
