Review on Journeyman-Pro 5278: Flanged Inlet Charger Receptacle - 15 Amp, 120-125V, NEMA 5-15, Commercial Grade, Black Plug by Douglas Hall

This fork is well made with one major but recoverable flaw. Everything about this part is well preserved in my application, except for the two screws that hold the electrical parts of the connector to the plastic housing. The screws screw right into the plastic and tend to loosen after a few cable disconnects. This will cause the center plug on the cord to hang out of the hole, which can strain the wires inside and cause an electric shock and safety hazard. Loose bolts can be replaced with long 4-40 bolts and locknuts. They will protrude through the back of the plastic case and hold up great for me.
