I like how easy it was for us (non-technical) users to make changes and track results across our website's landing pages. It also allowed me as an SEO manager at my organization access to all of this data in one place so that I could easily see trends over time. There were no major downsides but there can be some minor ones depending upon which version(s) are being used by different customers/sites - such as whether they're using the Chrome browser versus Firefox vs Safari etc. We had several problems converting people from trial accounts to paid account subscriptions within 1 month after launch. This software helped us identify where things needed improvement before any conversions took place since each page has its own unique tracking information available through the dashboard.
