Answer: A lawyer and an electrician. May be. I have a light bulb in a portico about 20 feet off the ground. My giant ladder still leaves me 6 feet tall, about 4 feet from the lightbulb. So I figured a kit along with a five foot pool would be the answer. I unscrewed the big teat and climbed the stairs. It arrived. Now for the actual test. I turned and turned. A lot has happened, just nothing I wanted. Rust rained down on me from the insert, which was dangling and threatening to detach and slide off the pole. The bulb itself will not move. So I have other light bulbs around the house that need to be changed from time to time. I look forward to replacing them with LCD bulbs that last longer than planned. In the meantime I need to hire an electrician to replace this lightbulb. I hope he has an even longer ladder.
