This set was great for the price. The ability to take the pouch out of the box, fill it with liquid from the top, the detachable hose were all a plus. Liquid isolation is also a big plus. What I didn't like was the location of the hose. There was no easy clip to buckle up while I was running. I had to put it on my upper chest and hook it to one of the hose bands and the hose got hot because it's black and attracts heat. Also, I don't like the look. The package itself was too big for me as I'm small. Overall, it did its job and kept me hydrated. I would recommend it to people who are taller and fatter than me. I'm barely 5 feet tall and weigh less than 100 pounds.
