Review on 📺 Renewed Roku Ultra Streaming Media Player 2018 - HD/4K/HDR for Enhanced Viewing by Joshua Follansbee

I suspect some "upgraded" devices are showing signs of wear, but I'm not overly concerned since no one is looking at the Roku when it's in use. I decided to save up a significant amount and order an upgraded Roku Ultra. Mine arrived on time and looks brand new. It was easy replacing my old Roku II and now I'm wondering why I waited so long. Setup was fully controlled by following the on-screen instructions. The Ultra is much faster than the old Roku. The old one had a bad habit of "freezing" in the middle of the movie. The new one isn't jerky on a single frame. Although my current TV can only display 1080p, the image is much sharper and the motion is smoother than the old Roku. I like the default aquarium screensaver. I could leave it on all day. I'm using an entertainment receiver that controls my surround speakers and I haven't figured out how to control its volume with the Roku remote. The control signals need to be routed through the HDMI cable, but I have yet to find the right settings to make this work. This is a bit of an issue as I usually use the smart remote to control everything. 4 stars for voice recognition because I'm still learning what it can and can't do. it's pretty much a process of discovery.
