Easy to use system that gets results!

Its ease of use makes it very user friendly which helps when you are having trouble in one department as far reaching across offices! A little hard at times figuring out questions that get answered by its prompts but easy enough for all levels from kids up through executives to master if given time for training/practice sessions!! Love how accessible this program truly was after getting past my initial reservations about such an advanced tool being available online.

The ease of use for this system was great! It allowed us to add another tool in our arsenal when it comes to reaching out to customers who are not willing or able to pick up their phone. I didn't like how you couldn't see what people were typing until after they hit send. We realized we should be using this more often because it helped so much getting feedback from those who weren't ready to give us access via email or text message.

  • Sometimes Customers don’t know why, just want answers..and sometimes there is no reason other than someone else made them do something without consulting with customer first.
