Has its own Bluetooth stack, similar to adware. Looks like you have legal drivers.

Has its own adware-like Bluetooth stack. It seems you have to buy software to have legitimate drivers. Not good for what I bought it for. The bluesoleil software installation is almost 100 MB and full of ads.
