Size matters! Ordered XXL but ended up XL

(Pre-published information. I originally ordered XXL because Revain didn't stock anything in XL, but I saw a few things that said it worked) small. It isn't, it runs true to size!) First of all, this company is AMAZING! Shirley (I think that's the owner's name) was responsive and quick to respond when I received my order and the size (XXL) was MUCH large for me. I shared my concerns with her: I have type 1 diabetes and am tired of wearing two pairs of underwear just so I have a place to store my pump when I wear a dress (TMI, but hey, I can not be completely alone in this matter) - anyway I emailed them and asked if there was a way to return an item and exchange it for a smaller size. Shirley contacted me in less than 24 hours, reviewed the situation and offered a no-questions-no-hassle exchange! When it seemed like the delivery was going to take a while she immediately called me back and gave me all the details of the delivery so I could track the progress and the delivery came in about two days. Now onto the product - if you're a runner and want something for your phone or iPod (do people still use that?) and you're a bit paranoid like me and carry an extra (expired) ID card "just for that." case" the thing is a dream. Choose a shirt that is your actual size, and maybe even a little smaller if you want to feel more comfortable and confident. no sleeping in pants and most pajama bottoms don't have pockets *sigh*) then that's great! I use this belt almost every day and it has never overheated, the fabric used feels so soft against your skin and you don't overheat or sweat while wearing it either! The only thing, and frankly there's really nothing you can do about it (Dexcom pumps and bulges are a trend with diabetics right now, I don't know), is whether you wear a tight dress or an elegant cocktail dress, a belt and a pair of pumps, and you definitely can't hide all your goodies, but here you wear it under a sundress or a skirt/blouse set - I definitely recommend it! I've even mentioned it in my Endo office for any patient, new or old, looking for something to use for the hands-free lifestyle we all crave! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
