It works well and is comfortable. My husband is thin and still chose a large size based on the size chart. It was the right size for him. I think it would be great if this company offered this good product in larger sizes (at the time of this review they are available up to 42 inches) since insulin makes a person gain weight and many type 2 diabetics are initially obese. It would be nice if this product was available to everyone.

Fits exactly. The fabric and workmanship are of high quality. I just want the hem to be up or down because it tends to "roll" up/down while I'm wearing it. It also takes time to decipher which end is right side up. I wish the holes had a lip or something to make them easier to find. I'm glad there are no zippers because they can scratch my phone. And yes, it fits my large iPhone Plus well. I have either vertical, partially protruding, or lateral, all in the belt.
