I am type 1 diabetic, use this with my tslim x2. I have a father figure, I was worried this belt wouldn't fit because all the models in the photos are skinny as rails with -10% body fat, but this one fits perfectly. It is wide enough, fits comfortably on the stomach and does not stray when moving. It has multiple pockets and is convenient to wear backwards, so you can place your pump in any position that suits you, no matter where you place your infusion site. Seems to be a bit warm so it might be uncomfortable if you live in a hot climate but it's January so I'm not sure. The belt fits under my shirt and is pretty hard to see. It fits my pump tube very well. I am very happy with this belt!
