They are fine as long as you don't treat them too harshly when flossing. I bought the bouquet as a gift for family members last Christmas. I had a similar style that I got from dental school many years ago that broke after years of use. Mine broke after a month of use. The weak point is where the riveted washer is where you wind the thread. This is the exact same spot my other one broke but as I said after years of use not months. It wasn't difficult for me so I think the plastic should be of better quality. It holds the floss firmly in place and I don't think it's too big for my mouth or for access to my molars. Not sure if I got a weak or broken one, but I was able to glue it together and it seems to be holding up well. Better than disposables that are too small for me. No complaints from my family members so maybe I just got a bad one at the party!
