I bought this product thinking it would be great for my colored hair but I was wrong. There weren't many reviews to give a good opinion of the product, but my experience with it isn't very good. The shampoo was so thick that the pump didn't work. I had to squeeze the bottle without a pump to use it for a bit and it felt like jelly. The conditioner was like lotion. It seemed to be doing its job well, but it was taking me so long to cover my hair that it wasn't worth it. My hair isn't thick or very long, but I've never had to use so much product just to tidy up my hair.
