Got them as a pre wedding gift to keep my teeth nice and white for the wedding. I used whitening strips many years ago but they made my teeth very sensitive so I didn't use them for many years. They just stick to my teeth and melt (with a nice mint flavor) which means I can wear them to work or even drive and not worry about getting to the sink afterwards. They do daily strips for 14 days and then 7 more which they recommend once a week for 7 weeks thereafter. I was amazed at how white my teeth were even before the 14 days were up. Definitely recommend and use again!
