, I can't believe people are sending it back just because they didn't think to put a marker where it hits. They complain that they can't tell where to punch the card, but as you can see from my photo it's very easy, just take a felt tip pen and mark the little arrow on the side where the punch is . If you are considering this product, keep this in mind. You can even go as far as marking the lines where the outlines of the cuts are if you really want to be specific, as well as where the actual hole goes. I just made a hole. It cuts well through my 16 point business card. I've only tried it twice though, so we'll have to see how it holds up when I start making a lot of cards. The cuts look nice and clear. Holds my earrings well. I like that there is a cut out trap at the bottom. I'm glad to see there is a way to "sharpen" the blades, but haven't tried it yet as it's brand new. So far I'm happy with it at first glance! Let's see how that holds up over time. I will update if so. For your health!
