Tablet hardware error
was damaged 20 days after the date of purchase, the charging connector was loose inside. After 31 days I tried to come back. I was told to send it to Dell (postage paid). Fixed and sent back. But in less than two months it fails completely. It starts to load, then blinks several times, then a thin stripe at the bottom. Too bad I didn't buy it from Revain. Dell technical support swears.</p>
