Doesn't work in kitchen and dining room

I'm leaving this review so other people don't waste their money. My cup warmer never got hot, hot, or hot. I'm disappointed because I wanted one for my table. Also, it would be easy to connect it to my laptop. It would be very helpful. Sorry guys, this heater is not good.
