I bought these knowing there were ways to beat them, but I liked the price as well as their convenience. It's unlikely someone will be able to easily remove them without a key, but a determined scammer will stop at nothing you use. The wrench has a nice handle that, while small (about two inches long), also rotates to help you properly tighten those pinheads. Other products can make it difficult for a thief to remove them. but are unable to tighten them tight enough to ride without worrying about falling off. This set does not include a pin head to hold the saddle in place, but a very tight fit is required to keep your seat post from being pushed into the frame, so a pin head for your seat post will likely work just fine. much better than other products. which do not allow high torque. I also like the clean look of this product; if you're not familiar with them, you won't even notice them. They come with two fittings which would make it difficult for someone to put a special key head on the head of a pin to hit this product and while not perfect these fittings make everything reasonably reliable. I don't want to make it too obvious how to beat this product, so I won't mention the tool that will do it. Installing pinheads both front and rear is very easy; takes no more than a few minutes, plus the instructions and installation diagrams are clear, although how to install is clear. I give it four stars for price and convenience.
