You have to have town and village
I hesitated to buy them because of the price. If I had known that 5 years ago I would have bought it then. If you are towing or even transporting a loaded minivan, you will need this. I carry a loaded dual reception truck to carry a bike rack and tow a 12ft boat trailer. Terrific!
