I have a Lepow portable second monitor (good product, available here at Revain) that I connect to my laptop when I travel. The portable monitor came with a USB-C to USB-C cable, which worked with my laptop for about two months. Then it started flickering when unplugged etc. Wiggling the wire connections and tucking balls of paper under the connector housing, rubber bands etc helped a little but should be avoided lest the connectors be damaged or widened. I tried two other store bought USBC*2 cables, one for 60W and the other for 100W, but both didn't work for more than a day before I started having the same problems again. Finally decided to try the Thunderbolt cable and this one works great so far! Fits snugly with ports and is the perfect length for installing a second monitor next to your laptop. I've been moving it for 4 days now and it's perfect. Longevity is not known yet but I've had good luck with other Anker cables and this one seems to be very well made. Time will tell if I don't update this review, the cable still works!
