This toaster is the worst ever. The bread gets stuck at the exit and crumples the top of the bread; No lift for English muffins or bagels (which are smaller and can't climb to the top) Worst of all, the wire holders got stuck in the toast, forcing me to "unclip" it to get the toast out. The instructions are literally two pages of copied paper. I should have known that I wouldn't like this toaster. $50 for a toaster I could get at Walmart for less than $20. I want to return it and get a toaster that works perfectly without burning my fingers!
