Warning I bought 3 sets of these lights for me and 2 children as we often ride our bikes at dusk in the summer. So far 2 out of 3 have broken, mine and my daughters. Mine broke going off the curb, it just came off the mountain, and my daughters broke going from tarmac to a gravel/stone road. They literally just fell off. I'm convinced the only reason my son hasn't busted is because he still has training wheels and is clinging to the sidewalk. The bracket breaks right at the swivel as seen in the photo. It's just a central stick made of very brittle plastic. I gave 4 stars for brightness as these are quite bright fixtures and some brightness settings are good. I gave 2 stars for commuting because the battery life is pretty bad. We run ours on the second most boring setting out of 4 settings and even then they only last about 45 minutes or in our case about 3 miles (joyer kid is slow lol) before the battery dies or you drop to 1 bar. on the left and need to turn down to the lowest setting to last another 15-20 minutes. For those who make long commutes or enjoy long drives, these headlights probably aren't for you. The rear red LED lasts quite a long time though, we've done about 10-12 3 mile rides with it while waiting to change headlight mounts and so far we haven't had to charge any of them. The only downside is that there is no battery indicator. In general, the lights themselves are well designed, but the brackets are simply lacking!
