I like that it's easy to use for my small business. It has many features and you can do so much with this software! The customer support team is great as well. There are some things I don't love about policy pro but they have been working hard to improve these issues. If your looking for something simple that will help grow your business then look no further than Policy Pro. We were able to track our customers information easily and also keep up with all of their policies in one place. This helped us save money by not having to send out paper invoices or update them ourselves.
