This is a very good device, looks good, very good size . The ability to tuck the headphone cord in/around the device is great! The controls are very user-friendly and extremely easy to set up, pair and use. The only reason I'm taking 2 stars is for the main reason. sound quality. I've recently tried 3 different bluetooth audio transmitters and although TUNAI CLIP is the best in terms of user experience and workmanship, the sound quality isn't very good. Especially considering the price compared to other similar devices. I know Bluetooth will always affect the sound quality but this one is not very good, it distorts the sound even at very low volume, it makes 2 of my really good headphones and earphones sound distorted. (UPDATE January 2018) I have been contacted. The manufacturer's customer service is very nice and helpful. They thought the sound quality issues were because I was using inferior headphones with a lower sound range, which unfortunately isn't the case, I'm using RHA T10i, OPPO PM-3 and Audio Technica ATH headphones -M50xBL. They said they would update the product description to better describe which headphones wouldn't work, they offered a refund which I declined as the product works but not as I expected for this price range. Either way, they have great customer support.
