Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product

UPDATED - As mentioned below I had some problems with this product when I first received it. The retailer contacted me after my initial check (I didn't contact him directly). They wanted to fix it and sent me a replacement for the high quality product I expected. So kudos to Kellerman & Co. and I am happy to be enjoying this excellent product. PREVIOUS REVIEW - I hope this is not common to all 3 Swords products but the most commonly used gadgets, the nail clippers, are of very poor quality. The rest of the tools are cuticle clippers, scissors, etc. excellent quality
