Review on MICA-MED by Jeff Addison

The software is very user friendly and has many useful features to help streamline workflows for physicians. The interface can sometimes become confusing and time consuming to navigate. It is important that users are trained in the use of the software from the beginning so that they do not have to struggle with complex menus and functions down the road. I am able to generate reports using my own data as well as compare it to a national standard to ensure that our billing practices are meeting the standard set by CMS.
