We started using mica med to help us transition from paper billing to an electronic platform, we were able to implement this quickly with minimal downtime or errors in our software. The support team is also excellent - they are always willing to answer questions, provide support when needed, and keep you up to date on any changes that may be required to your system. There have been times where I've gone into their portal to add something (like a new provider) but it's not showing up immediately

The software is very user friendly and has many useful features to help streamline workflows for physicians. The interface can sometimes become confusing and time consuming to navigate. It is important that users are trained in the use of the software from the beginning so that they do not have to struggle with complex menus and functions down the road. What I like best about MICAMed is how easy it was to use, especially since they were very quick at training me with my software of choice (Mica). We used other vendors that made us jump through hoops in order to get our bills into their system - sometimes we'd even need IT support! Not so with Micamedia.
