What I like best about MICAMed is how easy it was to use, especially since they were very quick at training me with my software of choice (Mica). We used other vendors that made us jump through hoops in order to get our bills into their system - sometimes we'd even need IT support! Not so with Micamedia. And our patient population has grown quite large; having an electronic medical records solution allowed us to manage everything from one screen instead of trying to open multiple systems. The ease of use and the accuracy of their product is unparalleled. Their customer service is also exceptional. I've worked with many companies over the years and they are by far the best. I would not hesitate to recommend MICA-MED to anyone looking for a billing solution. We have been able to get our bills in a format that is easy for our providers to read and understand. We are now able to have the ability to bill a large amount of our patients.
