Maybe waterproof? Check out the pictures before purchasing.

The quality and appearance match the price. However, these are said to be outdoor products that are mounted on the front of the vehicle to improve visibility in all weather conditions, which raises the question of seals. I've attached photos straight out of the box. A plexiglass or acrylic front has waves due to the pressure points of the fastening screws. It also creates a gap between the body and the glass for water and dirt to enter. You will also notice in the picture that there is no pressure build up even along the gray gasket so there is also the issue of sealing. Installation Recommendations. The LEDs aren't centered, they're up/down depending on how you rotate it. I mount them on top so that if they leak, gravity will help keep water from getting on the LEDs. I will also wrap a thin layer of clear silicone around the gaps along the gaps to keep moisture and dirt out of the light. framework. This mounts to the front of the ATV. So not much riding in the rain, but dusty trails and inner tubes. The three stars are based on not trusting the moisture resistance and being an outdoor product that needs to withstand heavy rain directly on the front of the case. For the price I don't mind a little modification.
