I'm a firefighter/paramedic and need a mask to wear on duty in the engine room and for sports, running errands, going to the grocery store etc. Basically for everything we do on duty when we are NOT using EMS or fire calls (we use N95 when working in emergencies). These masks will not protect you from the coronavirus or any other virus. These are good masks to wear when you are in public places where masks are required. They act as a barrier against liquid droplets (cough, sneeze, etc.) and remind you not to touch your face. They should not be compared to K&N automotive air filters. The supplied detachable straps are particularly practical. Revain must have solved the problem of people only getting one mask per order. I received two with my order on 11/10/20. All in all, I highly recommend these masks.
