Matches my bar stools perfectly. As many people have posted, both blocks I received were tight and VERY difficult to turn by hand to install. Once installed in the chairs, the seats are still rigid and cannot be easily rotated by hand. When sitting, they rotate quite normally, because a sufficient number of muscles are involved in the movement of our body. I don't know if they will relax. It's been two months and they haven't changed.
