As a frequent preacher and singer, I needed something to keep my sermon notes, handouts and music safe. It's just perfect for my needs. I come, open the suitcase and everything I need is there. This works much better than carrying a briefcase. These containers are compact, lightweight, not bulky, and pull tabs keep them tightly closed until you want to open them. There is no chance it will open. Some may need them to store important materials and they are great for that purpose. This would also be a good place to store a flash drive. For people working on projects with separate papers, this can be a better option than a three ring binder and definitely better than a ring binder. They're transparent, which is useful. After trying many other options, I really think this is the best way to keep my materials in one place, especially when I'm traveling somewhere.
