Works great on my review.

I've had this pan for a few months now and have made 4 or 5 loaves of bread in it. I have yet to use the lid, though. I haven't had any issues with the bread sticking, every loaf has come out effortlessly. Wipes clean with a soapy sponge.

Pros

Benefits both the environment and your wallet by reducing the need for disposable baking pans

Cons

May not be suitable for use with all Paleo recipes
