I got this to try to bake bread in my ninja foodi deluxe. It fit into the foodi but I had a terrible time getting it out. And it scratched the foodi pan. But my husband cut the over hang on the lid and now it works perfect. The bread is golden brown top, sides and bottom. If you were just buying it to use in the oven I am sure it would work great from the start.

This is an amazing bread loaf pan. My very first Pain de Mie (sandwich bread) came out PERFECT! Per manufacturer's instructions, I washed the bread pan with mild soap and water, then used a paper towel to blot and spread a thin layer of vegetable oil inside and outside both the pan and lid and set on the oven rack at 300 degrees fahrenheit for five minutes. This assure a perfect nonstick coating. Went straight away to bake my bread and it came out a lovely loaf. I can never go back to that…

This pan is fabulous. I typically make sourdough bread, but today I made a Honey-WholeWheat yeast bread and as usual the pan worked great! I put parchment on the bottom as my high hydration dough can leak out the holes. The pictures show the nicely symmetrical loaf of bread that came out of the pan, easily and no-stick. The picture of the pan is just the way it looked when the bread slid out. No stick. This was a recipe using 2 1/2 cups of flour. It could have been increased to 2 3/4 cups, it didn't bake up to touch the lid but stayed flat and even just the same. Baked for 25 minutes with the lid on and 10 minutes with lid off. 192 degrees internal temperature. Walmart wanted me to comment on the pan being…

Arrived on time with amazons fast shipping despite ordering on Prime Day. I used it to make some pumpkin muffins tonight and it worked perfectly! It fit my jumbo silicone cups really well, which made cleanup a breeze. Just a good mufin pan all around!

It’s nice material and metal is thicker than my old one. However my old one give a better color then this one. It might need a longer bake time to get the same nice color. It makes bake time longer minus one star. Overall is great, recommended.

I've had this pan for several weeks and finally got the opportunity to use it when I made a meat loaf for supper. When I washed the pan I didn't have to scrub it at all. NOTHING stuck to it! Just a quick soapy swish with the sponge and it was clean. The meat loaf came out great, too. I really am glad that I found this pan!

Well made, heavy gauge, non-stick. The slide-on lid fits properly (another brand that I returned had flimsy metal lids that I had to bend to fit). After buying 2 of these Monfish, I got another one later. These have quite the capacity (1Kg). Bake with lid for square bread, without lid to get a dome top.

There's nothing about this pan I don't love. It's perfect for the second rise of a loaf, whether regular or gluten free. It gives you consistent temperature across all surfaces so when your loaf pops out - it's a perfect, even brown everywhere.Best of all, when you temperature check - that loaf is broad in the middle and done everywhere. No surprises when you bake. Is that really so much to ask?

This pan is AMAZING! I love the way it cooks my sourdough loaves. I only have good things to say about this pan. Kinda sad I just now found about it.

Easy to clean, makes a perfect loaf. Only issue is when I allow dough to rise too high and when it bakes the cooked bread gets stuck in the grooves of the lid. Hard to slide off.

I've had this pan for a few months now and have made 4 or 5 loaves of bread in it. I have yet to use the lid, though. I haven't had any issues with the bread sticking, every loaf has come out effortlessly. Wipes clean with a soapy sponge.

I love this pan. It’s very big and the perfect pan foe my favorite cranberry nut whole wheat bread. I like that it’s longer and skinnier than a regular loaf pan so toast portions are a bit smaller. Very well made, this will last a lifetime.

Love the loaves that come out of these pans. They never stick, the pans don’t warp, they are easy to clean, and they stack to take up less space in my cabinet.

It's a wonderful loaf pan. I have used it so many times. The sharp corners can be a little tricky to clean but I love it. That's my feedback.
