Proper Bread Pan good for me

There's nothing about this pan I don't love. It's perfect for the second rise of a loaf, whether regular or gluten free. It gives you consistent temperature across all surfaces so when your loaf pops out - it's a perfect, even brown everywhere.Best of all, when you temperature check - that loaf is broad in the middle and done everywhere. No surprises when you bake. Is that really so much to ask?
