Review on 🧵 Doodlin' Around with Images Stitchery Design: The Doodler Stitch Frame by Kim Sanchez

After giving this product a really positive review, I had to replace it because after a week of use, one of the handles failed to tighten and I believe another also fails. It was an expensive item, especially with international shipping. I should have listened to other reviews saying the same thing but I was hoping there were just a mistake or two. Thread does not allow this. This also means that the cross-stitch canvas never stays completely taut and has to be constantly tensioned. It doesn't seem like a long term investment which for the price should be which is a shame as it looks great and I loved the fact that there were 3 rod lengths for different size projects. ***UPDATE*** For what it cost, I contacted Revain about my issue. They sent a brand new item as they were unable to provide replacement parts ie. H. more pens. When I received this product, one of the poles was damaged. I gave up on Revain completely and went straight to the supplier. I should have done that first. Wayne, who makes this frame, wants every sticker to be happy. I already have a spare refill and two spare pens on the way. Many Thanks. My suggestion if you are considering this is to buy it directly from the supplier. He does not supply this item to Revane, nor does he know who does.
