Review on 🔧 Shepherd Hardware 9798 Pneumatic Spring Loaded: Enhanced Quality and Performance by Tres Carmon

Well, a few "estimates" from the contractor: It's rated for 200 pounds. but struggles at 80 lbs. The pile wobbles. Most importantly, the wheel is designed to go in one direction and then has to spin when going in the opposite direction, so it picks up a few pavers from either end of the ride. Also, it doesn't always do that in the same spot (I thought I could pour a concrete slab where it tips over, but that won't work. The wheel turns parallel to the hinges, so I'm wondering if I can fix the wheel somehow "fix it" so it doesn't spin, that should either work or I'll wreck the wheel. Anyway, I'm the authority on this wheel now, and it's well made and easy to install and looks good, but doesn't work. Just come, just go. Now I'm looking for similar products with fixed wheels, just in case. The customer thinks I'm an amateur with 40 years of experience.
