Good value for money

Very fast and well packaged. However, there are a few issues with the purchased kit. The power modules are my biggest complaint, although they seem to work, mine came with something like corrosion or bad soldering. It also has a substance that is crunchy but doesn't look like flux, almost like some kind of glue? The attached photos show what I mean. I suspect I'll have to remelt the solder joints and clean the board at some point, but I'm not sure what's on it. On the top side of the board there was some kind of sticky substance on the chips just below the capacitor which I wiped off with a cotton swab but again it doesn't look like flux or the cover itself, I don't know what it is was. Looks almost like I have a used or damaged module? I don't know for sure, but it doesn't look new, or at least it doesn't look like it's been quality checked. Playing around with the breadboard I've found 6 bad jumpers so far. A quick check with my meter showed that the connection was open from one end of the cable to the other. This had me wondering why my LED wasn't lighting up on my breadboard until I discovered the jumper was bad. At the mention of the breadboard, there are many connectors that are very loose that don't make a very good connection, and many that are very difficult to insert a pin into. The power rails on the side are also misaligned and often easily detach from the main center of the breadboard. In order to prevent this, it is practically necessary to mount the breadboard on something solid. The breadboard is slightly warped, which isn't a big problem, but it makes it difficult to sit on a flat surface as it wobbles from corner to corner. The color of the breadboard is very different from my 3 Elegoo boards, it's much more pale yellowish and slightly smaller, so small the brackets are offset a few millimeters to prevent the board from connecting to my Elegoo boards . The DC motor that came with the kit, my wires are barely held with solder, in fact my positive wire on my DC motor was not connected when it arrived, but it was easy to fix with a soldering iron, very small problem, the motor appears DC . works well! Conclusion/Final Thoughts: I found many other issues with the kit I received. The +5V connection on the Arduino is very weak, almost unusable. I didn't notice this before when powering my breadboard from the power module. Unfortunately I was only able to check the sound sensor today as I am off work over the weekend (Sunday and Monday), but my sound sensor also has corrosion on the solder joint. If you just want to learn and get the hang of it then this kit will do, but if you want quality I would look at other brands. Personally I am disappointed that I went the cheaper route and will undoubtedly end up buying one of the better kits.
