I like that it is customizable so you can create different types of work orders for various jobs in both residential and commercial settings. It also provides an easy way to enter estimates into our project management system as well. The software does not always recognize my keyboard properly when entering information such as address or contact info which slows down task entry by quite a bit! Also we have had issues loading drawings from other programs (such as AutoCAD) since they are saved differently than what's stored within this program. We use databitool primarily for new home construction where we order materials through them and then send those invoices out once projects get underway. This has made managing costs much easier because all financials go directly back to their platform rather than manually transferring data between systems.
