Just received my Mueller Toaster. It was well packaged and delivered promptly. This is a great little toaster. Comes with a grate and a baking sheet. The crumb tray is easy to open and easy to keep clean. Instructions and a recipe book are also included. The 3 knobs on the oven are for temperature, function and time. They are very easy to use. Please note that the settings are manual and not digital, which I really like. It's less likely to have problems with it. The temperature varies between 150-450 degrees. There are 3 options for the functions indicated by the icon: Bake, Roast and Toast. The timer lasts up to 30 minutes, or you can use it without a timer by turning the knob to the Stay On position. I called the toaster/oven the toast machine! I set the temperature to Max, turned the function dial to the toast icon and set a timer to set it darker. It took longer than a regular toaster, but I tested it and will have to set it up. I've also baked cookies in it which turned out great and didn't have to do all the power preheating and baking in my oven. The instruction manual contains temperature instructions for different types of food. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase. The Muller oven has a stylish design, is multifunctional and easy to use. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a toaster.
